Industrial ammonia cracking experiments require operation under elevated temperatures and pressures, which imposes strict requirements on reactor design, feed composition, and data reliability & reproducibility.

At elevated temperatures, metal surfaces exposed to ammonia can introduce parasitic activity, while trace moisture, often added during ammonia storage to mitigate Stress corrosion cracking can strongly influence catalyst performance.

Our Flowrence® systems integrates patented tube-in-tube (reactor in reactor) design that addresses these challenges while maintaining thermodynamic and kinetic fidelity:

  • A pressure‑bearing metal outer reactor enables safe operation at industrially relevant conditions
