Sinopec RIPP strengthens collaboration with Avantium, TNO, Eindhoven and Utrecht University

A delegation from Sinopec RIPP recently visited Avantium, TNO, Eindhoven University of Technology, and Utrecht University.

Over the past seven years, Sinopec RIPP has invested in eight Flowrence high-throughput systems from Avantium, underlining their dedication to advancing renewable chemistries and green hydrogen production.

The delegation’s visit to the Netherlands aimed to explore further cooperation in CO₂ conversion and green hydrogen production through PEM electrolysis, as well as leveraging machine learning and AI for experimental data management.

The delegation was impressed by the innovative research environments and the robust research capabilities at TNO, Eindhoven University of Technology and Utrecht University. Sinopec RIPP expressed a strong desire to forge closer ties with Dutch research institutions and universities. As a committed partner, Avantium is proud to support and enhance this cooperation, reinforcing its role as a bridge for scientific and technological advancement.
