Avantium R&D Solutions strengths customer service in China with local Field Service Engineer
Avantium R&D Solutions now has a dedicated Chinese Field Service Engineer (FSE) to better support our customers in China.
Over the past five years, Avantium R&D Solutions has seen significant growth in sales of our Flowrence® advanced high-throughput catalyst testing systems in China. Our Chinese customers, including leading organizations like Sinopec RIPP and DICP, are at the forefront of advanced catalysis research. They focus on developing both conventional chemical processes and sustainable chemical pathways aimed at reducing carbon footprints.
Our systems have been instrumental in helping our Chinese customers accelerate their R&D and generate high-quality data. With our comprehensive customer service, we have consistently achieved high customer satisfaction. Now, by introducing a dedicated local Field Service Engineer, we aim to elevate that satisfaction even further, providing more immediate and tailored support for our Chinese customers.
