Avantium R&D Solutions is awarded a tender for Flowrence® high-throughput R&D system by Nippon Shokubai
Avantium’s Flowrence Technology® is an advanced high-throughput platform for the high quality catalyst testing with a wide-ranging applicability across various industrial sectors.
With a strong collaboration with Daiichi Jitsugyo, an exclusive agent in Japan, Avantium R&D Solutions was recently awarded a tender for Flowrence® high-throughput R&D system by Nippon Shokubai, a major Japanese catalyst supplier. The unit will support the client to accelerate the resolution of social issues such as carbon neutrality. Nippon Shokubai is advancing data-driven catalyst development (Catalyst Informatics) by combining catalyst evaluation automation and data science.
Recently, Nippon Shokubai and Avantium R&D Solutions’ Japanese agency, DJK, visited the Avantium headquarter.
This visit included an extensive laboratory tour led by Graham Ormsby, Senior Project Leader of R&D Solutions at Avantium, contributing to strength the partnership between Avantium, Nippon Shokubai, and DJK.
Graham Ormsby underlined the significance of the visit, stating, “The discussions about the Flowrence® technology during this visit were extremely important. Nippon Shokubai is a highly valued key customer for Avantium R&D Solutions.”
